Political Question Time Event  -  28/02/2007 ____________________________________________________________________ Northern Ireland Rural Women's Network hosted a Conversation with Politicians and Community Workers on Wednesday 28th February from 7.30 - 9.00 p.m. in the Community Relations Council, Linen Green, Dungannon. Among those taking part were Michelle Gildernew (Sinn Fein), Sheila McQuaid (Alliance Party), Kenny Donaldson (Ulster Unionist Party), Josephine Deehan [SDLP], Cllr Frances Burton [DUP] and Ann McGeeney [Community Worker]. This event was an opportunity for the audience to engage with the panellists on various key issues impacting on women in rural areas, their families and communities. Topics included the closure of rural schools and post offices, access to further education and community education, housing, access to services, childcare, the low numbers of women standing in the elections and community relations.
